    hola doctor,mire tengo varois microquistes eso salio en mi ultima ecografia y mi ginecologa me esta tratando con ANULETTE 20 Y SUPRACICLIN 100 MG. bueno mi duda es q antes de empezar con el tratamiento yo habia dejado de cuidarme porq queria salir embarazada(mi regla es normal e incluso todos los meses tengo la presencia del moco sercival),por eso recurri a una ginecologa porque no quedaba embarazada y vimos la presencia de varois microquistes y me receta anticonceptivos q ya habia tomado por ejemplo yo tome diane 35 hasta 4 meses antes de empezar con el tratamiento y se supone q si ya tenia eso quistes no tendria el diane 35 que haberlos echo diluir.luego tambien lei que algunas pastillas anticonceptivas nos hacen mas resistentes a la insulina, osea durante el tratamiento hay posibilidades de generar algun tipo de diabetes, por favor respondame porque estoy muy confundida. mi ginecologa me dice q todo va a estar bien pero la verdad que me resulta un poco dificil asimilar que para quedar embarazada tengo q seguir un tratamiento anticonceptivo???? gracias

Me hiticse emocionar.Recuerdo haber tenido sensaciones similiares a las que conte1s visitando a mis abuelos (maternos) cuando ya estaban en una residencia para gente mayor. Uff que tema este del “tiempo de ellos“ y “nuestro tiempo“. Muchas veces parece que hay una gran “asincroneda“ (no se si existe la palabra pero la uso igual : ). Algo asi como que estamos en diferentes redtmos unos con otros. Pero que lindo cuando, aunque sea por un rato, los podemos hacer coincidir. Ademe1s, estos recuerdos son los testigos del verdadero tiempo viveddo (y no las miles de horas que nos la pasamos discando numeros de tele9fonos o mandando mensajitos de texto).Todaveda recuerdo con gran intensidad el olor a limones recie9n rallados en la casa de mi abuela. Era una tarde de aquellas en las que el tiempo se detiene. Ese deda se detuvo para que ella hiciera su budedn, con ralladura de limf3n, claro.Sds,

    Buenos dias Doctor:tengo una consulta, ayer fui a ver a mi gincgoloea para saber cual eran los resultados de mi pap y mi biopsia de cervix( me saque esto por que me encontraron una herida en el utero. El resultado de mi pap es:en el frontis se observa abundante celulas epiteliales escamosas de tipo superficiales con escasas intermedias y escasas parabasales, todas de caracteres citologicos.ha regular cantidad de leucocitos polimorfonucleares y abundantes bacterias inespecificas. Diagnostico: citologia negativa para celulas malignas. inflamacion moderada e infeccion bacteriana inespecifica severa.Resultado de biopsia:en las secciones estudiadas, se observa estroma fibronuscular liso tapizado por epitelio cilindrico mucinoso, en el corion hay glandulas polimorfas sin atipia estructural ni citologica, tambien hay moderado infiltrado linfocitario de citologia benigna. Diagnostico: endocervicitis cronica. no cambios de malignidad. mi doctor me dijo que me tiene que operar, hacerme un cono que es sacar toda la herida, por favor orienteme sobre este resultado y digame que puedo hacer.Muchas gracias.
