Panama Canal

Taxi ride. Recommend to bargain prices.
You can go as low as 7 USD from the city. They usually ask for 10 USD
To get in and see the canal you can pay 5 USD to just see it. If you pay 8 USD they get yo into this Exhibition Theater which we did not thought off to much. Its nice to see and get some extra info, but you can find it in Google just as easy.

Darna Cafe - Located in Paitilla next to the Paitia mall. Tell the taxi driver to drive you to Pailtilla to farmacia " el Javillo"
Its a very homie cafe and a good place to sit with Wifi.  Best home made bread and pastry products. Darna has the best soups in Panama City.
Darna is number 1 in Service. Its just you feel in Europe suddenly

Super Gourmet in Casco Viejo-   Delicatessen Gourmet Groceries - Blayne Ladner, ask him what the deal. This guy knows what he is doing..
Oh my, if you want some prodcuts from all over the world, this is the place.
Amazing cheescake and great coffee. Excellent Pasta, granolas, special internation drinks , dry fruit and special local brands you will be surprise to find from your home country.
Located in Av A y calle 6. 


Jimmy Parilla Restaurant -  Its the best food in Panama City. We reccommend Tsasiki and excellent greek chopped Salad. We also had the best Steak and Fish here.
do not mistake the 4 Jimmy in Panama. Its the Jimmy in San Francisco area in Coco del Mar.

Night life in Panama City

Uruguay Street - This is where all the main clubs and dance places are in Panama City. Its located just off the costanera. Worth checking.

Hard Rock cafe - in La costera, just right now Multi center shopping mall.
Great America food and cocktails. Very loud music. Very cheesy. Kinda cool for now.



Via Argentina -  Find Restaurants, bars and cafes

Hostel Mamallena - is where it all happens for backpackers

Budget Hotel Andino in Bella Vista Panama City -  This is the most reccommended
 budget hotel. Its cheap hotel but the facilities are amazing.
