We frequently have students, artists, musicians, and many friends passing through here. Located in the cultural heart of Rio de Janeiro, we are not only the biggest hostel in Rio de Janeiro but also the most unique place where you can immerse yourself in the deep culture, history, music and life of this cidade marvilhosa.

We have approximately 100 vacancies in total, as well as a large gallery, a multimedia room, bistro, massage/relaxation room and kitchen. We also offer many other facilities including the hire of bicycles, excursions, entry to concerts, theatres, parties and other specific courses for travellers including, "The History of Brazilian Art", "The History of Brazilian Architecture" plus other workshops.
The space is perfect for artists and inspired travellers alike to meet other openminded people from all over the world.

We are the only hostel where a fresh smell of self roasted Brazilian coffee (Brazilian fresh fruits, breads, marmalades will wake you up with good music, atmosphere, nice and friendly staff.

We are located just 100 metres from Catete Metro Station from where you can get to Ipanema, Copacabana and Leblon in 15 minutes


We speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian and German.
