Hey guys, this is really an important tip... You know the problem in B.A of getting change? (most of the places don't have change and you can't pay even with a bill of 50 sometimes). There are three big bussineses that will always have change for you (not important how much you want to spend, they will change you a 100) 1 is McDONALD'S, the second is La Continental and the third is COTO (Supermarket chain). All three of them you can find in a lot of places in the city and it makes things easier.
That is really good to know! I swear that in Buenos Aires I either have tons of monedas, or none at all! You really learn to treasure the precious coins here!
If you find yourself using a lot of your small bills or change for rides on the subte, try switching over to the "Monedero" card! You can buy them at any of the station kioscos and they let you recharge the card as many times as you want. I usually drop 20 pesos onto my card and save my smaller bills and coins for other things. It's much more convenient than keeping that flimsy paper pass around!
