i will be travelling to argentina in nov 08. I am a female solo traveller. my question regards getting from buenos aires to Ushuaia. I am wanting to know whether it is a better option to get an internal flight down there or would i be missing out on attractions on the way by doing this. Should i take ground transportation? if there are attractions inbetween this stretch, what would you recommend?
Also i am wanting to go to Los Glaciares National Park. I will be heading into northern argentina after my time in the south and patagonia and am wanting to know in what order to visit these places.
Should i go to Los glaciares national park after Ushuaia or before?
The trip down there is sooooooooooooo long. So I would fly down there and then if you want to see other attractions down south you can bus it from there. Or if there are more attractions you want to see up north then bus there and then fly to Ushuaia. It is totally not vale la pena to bus to Ushuaia from Buenos Aires, because while there are things to see along the way they are separates by huuuuuuuuuuuge stretches of nothingness.
