  We spent a warmly week in Alterego Hotel, located in Bogota city center, in the Bohemian and touristic "La Candelaria". We especially enjoyed the welcome, hot showers, the breakfast... We recommand the hotel!

  I spend 8 nights in alterego hostel and for me it was the perfect place as Oliver the owner of the hostel could give all the information i needed, to have a nice and cheap time in bogota and around. It doesn t matter when I came home or at what time in the morning I meet him or his staff i always felt welcome and a bit like home. muchas gracias oliver

  Nous avons passé une chaleureuse semaine dans l'hotel Alterego situé en plein centre de Bogota dans le quartier mi-alternatif-mi-touristique la Candelaria. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, les douches chaudes, le petit-déjeuner.... Hotel à recommander !

  Alterego is a great hostel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, you can meet great people here. The bedrooms are neat and tidy, I sleep very comfortable here, feel warm even it's cold in Bogota. The toilets are very clean and I enjoy the heavy hot shower. The kitchen is nice for cooking your own meals. The wifi is fast and they provide a computer as well. I've tried other hostels in Bogota, I can say that Alterego is the best one I've seen. During my journey in Colombia, I made some trips to Suesca and El Cocuy. Everytime when I was back to Bogota from my side trips, Alterego makes me feel like home!
