The staff is incredible. Quiet hostel and very clean. One thing though : Pool freaks like shouldnt go t this place, because I was playing pool all day. I didnt see much of Santiago :P

The location is great and the hostel is pretty clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Only downside is security in the rooms could be better.
