    The staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful to non-Spanish speaking guests. After all tourism is all about friendliness and wanting to share your neighborhood with the traveler.

    Good location, lots of cheap and cheerful food places around it and close to the inner city. Negotiate your rate, booking online was more expensive than direct. Rooms small but clean, shower is very average but rooms have TV and aircon. Was able to leave large packs here for a few days whilst we went to playa blanca. Was good. Lots of travellers but also a family...children which was not ideal screaming at 6.00am!

    It is nice, but had to ask for some maintenance stuff: replacement of light bulbs and repair of the shower. The only matter here is that there is not a kitchen at all... you will always have to go out to eat, which might be right next door... there are several cheap restaurants all around and food in Cartagena may be quite cheap. Staff members friendly and always trying their best.

    This hostel didn't have the registration I asked for. So I ended up staying in a single room and paying twice. The receptionist hardly speaks any english and uses this as an excuse to make dishonest deals.

    A few minutes from Plaza del Reloj, which is a strategic point of Cartagena. Staff very helpfull and honest. If you want to stay "tranquilo" go to this hostel.

    waaay to expensive for what it is! we paid 70 USD for a shitty room. the floor was soaked because the AC was broke. They didn't even had the nerv to fix it. Never ever again!

    Not a bad place but we got a room right on the street which was very noisy, and it was very noisy inside the hostel at night we think from locals? as it was raining outside. Good wifi connection and really nice courtyard to relax in. The rooms are very small but clean and have ac & tv. The suburb Getsemani is a bit ddgy at night though so wouldnt recommend for single ladies, but all the cheap hostels are in this area. Overall not bad for $40/night

    It was a cool and pleasant stay. The staff are quite helpful, though you need to know a bit of spanish. I liked the area, it's quite safe, and quite close to the old town. On the street, there are soooo many cheap places to eat - totally cool!

    Or booking did not work, we arrive on time to be told that the proce we were to pay was much MUCH more & we had to sleep in another hostel on our arrivel !we had to pay 40USD & not the price of ca.15USD !
