  Easily the BEST Hostel Ive ever stayed at. The Jumbo family make you feel at home and speak great English (which helped me alot). Safe, clean and convenient. Jumbo Lodging is 5 minutes walk from the "Old City" and 5 minutes cab-drive ($1.50) from the new section - Perfect!

  Jumbo lodging is a beautiful space with a very friendly, helpful staff. It is a quick walk to the center of Old Town Quito. Loud at night, but earplugs are provided.

  Louis and his family were all very friendly and extremely helpful! The building is beautiful and kept very clean. We felt safe and at home at this hostel, which is more like a bed and breakfast, and would highly recommend it! It was just a short walk to old town and a hike up some stairs to some great restaurants that look out over the whole city!

  luiz and his family hosted us very well and gave us a warm welcome to ecuador. all were very friendly and helped us so much. the breakfast was the best we had in ecuador. there was no extra charge for additional services (internet, tea, showing us a restaurant...). very good hostel - try it!
