  Comfortable hostel. I stayed here for 2 nights. Enjoyed the rancho they got out side and the nice vibes of the place. very clean, tidy, comfortable beds and cool people. This is the best budget accommodation i have stayed at in Costa Rica

  Mini Hostel is the best hostel in Mal Pais Santa Teresa Area. Loved the Pool and the mountain view. so close to the Playa Carmen beach and to the good surf spot. Very nice. Also loved the food. Nothing bad I could say about this place. We have the best time here.

  Reserved for two nights. It's been three and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. Location is great. The staff is very laidback and helpful.

  Had the best time at Minihostels Santa Teresa. Everything was perfect. Great place, great people, awesome staff, close to the beach, this place had it all.

  Everything would be perfect, only if they had more than one piece of each knife, plate, pan, spoon...etc in the kitchen....that way, more would be able to prepare food at the same time....other than that, the place is beatiful, close to everything you need, including a great surf break... filip, czech republic

  Hostel has a central location but is new and looks to be working out the bugs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but not the cleanest. Give them a few months and they will be one of the best in the area.

  Please stay at this hostel if you would like to get hustled, spoken to in a rude mannor, and lied to. Have an reservation? Get ready for a month of waiting until paypal refunds you, as there might not be a reservation at all, and you most definately won't get a response from anyone. Great location with the rudest and most crap service you will find in the whole of central america. Never stay here!
