  Muy buen hotel, mejores habitaciones y camas que tuvimos en todo el viaje relación preció calidad, la atención es personalizada y uno se siente muy cómodo. Reacuerdo a la excursión todo muy bien, el bus, la guía y comidas perfecto gracias por todo

  Visiting Arequipa was a wonderful experience. We stayed in Portal La Merced and got a nice triple room. I was with two close friends and taking trek to this beautiful place was a dream for the three of us. We were quite happy with the hostel. It is not extravagant, we don’t really need that. We simply want a place to stay and we were lucky to find this place. We slept like a baby and we found the people in the hostel very friendly and helpful. They helped us with trips and loved every second of it.

  I was travelling with my spouse and we stayed for three nights in Portal La Merced. It’s a very homey place with very warm and friendly staff. The room was really nice with big comfortable bed. We had everything we need. Location was great, just near everything. Will stay here again.

  Thank you Nino and Portal la Merced . Nino was incredibly helpful after we had a bad experience with a travel agent and went aut of his way to help and make out Peru trip fun and comfortable again . Nino thanks for you trust and hard work - anyone visiting Arequipa would be lucky to take your advice, tours and stay in your hostel. The roof top breakfast is a real feature, the staff are helpful and considerate and I´m sure hostel will be a great success.
