Posada Del Rio Hostel is a relatively new hostel and one of the nicest budget accommodations in Cuenca. You get much more than pay for. It is located directly on a very social street and is a 6 minute walk from the center of the city. The owner Maria is extremely helpful and caring. The hostel will provide you with a kitchen to cook you own food, Internet and laundry services.

The staff was so nice... I enjoyed my time here and most of all, the kitchen is open to all guests who are staying here... not to mention the amazing showers!! It is close to everything and is very safe, definitely check it out!

this place is locater in the corner of the main "going out street" calle larga. It's new, the rooms are big and super clean... wireless, internet movies, living room... the place it really nice.
