my boyfriend and i stayed at Residencial Uno for a few days and we had the best time! the rooms are so nice, the pool was refreshing on those HOT days, and the owners are the best, they know all about iguazu and are so friendly and helpful! I would stay there again in a second! Hi Malena!

I'm not sure why this got such a good write up. It was pretty basic and while relatively clean the bathrooms were pretty grim and the pool covered in dead mosquitos. Definitely better places to stay I reckon.

Residencial Uno was a pleasure to stay at, we ended up spending about 8 days there. The owners and staff were all extremely helpful regarding booking tours and supplying us with general information about the town. Extremely cheap dorms and good breakfast as well!

Valeria was so kind and helpful! She can tell you anything you want to know about Iguazú and she speaks English so don�?t worry if your Spanish isn�?t so great. I liked everything about the hostel, especially the pool, perfect for those hot days after visiting the falls!

Comfortable beds, air conditioning and good breakfast. Don�?t stay here if you are allergic to animals, they have dogs running all over the hostel.

Really friendly atmosphere and the owners make you feel at home. The patio is perfect for chilling out and having a drink in the evening. Nice pool too!

Staff was really friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and with own bathrooms. There are 5 friendly dogs living in the hostel. I recommend the hostel! They also organize activities like barbecues in the hostel. Free internet is another plus. The only thing is that breakfast is served from 7:30 on which is too late if you want to catch the first bus to the falls.

O hostel é muito bem localizado, fica perto da rodoviária e do centro da cidade. O pessoal do hostel muito amigáveis, e eles possuem uns pares de cachorros. Ficamos em um quarto com ar condicionado, que ajudou muito com o enorme calor que fazia. Recomendo a todos. --- El hostel es muy bien ubicado, se queda cerca de la terminal de omnibus y del centro de la ciudad. Las personas son muy amables, posseen algunos perros. Nos quedamos en una habitación con aire condicionado, que ayudó mucho con el enorme calor que hacia. Lo recomendo a todos.

other all the hostel is a good place to stay . the rooms are clean and comfy , the swimming pool is great place to pass the evenings , close to center and the owner very helpful . however the ONE thing we did not like is the pack of dogs and 2 cats that runs all other the place , sitting at the TV sofas (which now are kind of smelly) .

Room was fine, facilities were good. Many dogs (5) running around, so a bit smelly. They dont bother you however. Staff was not really enthusiastic and were not quite friendly, especially the male staff. 10% discount we didnt get, because of Semana Santa. Understandable, but not really nice to get this info at the check out. Breakfast, pool and pcs were good.

Reserved this hotel online as thought Iguazu would be busy. Don't bother with this place. Let down by mini-hostels as other member hostels have been excellent, with the exception of this one. Very dirty, neglected and full of mosquitoes. The jungle has less mosquitoes than the room they reserved for us. We had to leave and loose our deposit and moved across the road, much better. On the plus side, the guy at reception was helpful but in denial about the cleanliness and mosquito issues.

Not horrible, but not amazing. Staff are a little lack-luster but will help when needed. Great selection of movies available and a pool make it a nice choice if you are trying to get away from noisy, partying backpackers, but if that's what your looking for, try again. Also, due to a weird layout socializing is slightly odd, but a main central area, and the pool (if it's sunny) pull the crowds together! Breakfast is decent! Bed is horrible, but being at the world biggest waterfalls make up for it!

Awesome hostel! We came for 2 nights, stayed for 3 and wanted to stay for so much longer! The owners are amazing, great couple with an awesome sense of humour. The hostel is also really nice, a brillient place to relax with multiple locations to chill out including a deck, half interior courtyard and a cool balcony. Very nice and clean, plus the dogs are really cool. Definitely recommend. *****

El hotel se encuentra en muy buen lugar, cerca de la Terminal de Buses, ideal para hacer excursiones sin gastar mucho en transporte. El lugar es limpio, la atención de los dueños es buena, sin embargo tuve problemas con dos cosas, una con un bombillo del baño que estaba dañado y solo me ofrecieron cambiarlo cuando casi me estaba por ir, a pesar de haber avisado en cuanto llegué. Por ese motivo ni siquiera avisé que el calentador no estaba funcionando y me aguanté el frío que hizo en esos días. Por otro lado el desayuno es bastante mínimo...

I only stayed one night. There are 5 large dogs that roam freely, which affected cleanliness. I was not comfortable at this hostel at all. Surly deskclerk.

The Hostel is Packes ip with frendly young people from all over the world. The staff was Beth slow and couldn't respond to our questions and wishes properly. The hostel IS NOT CHILDSAVE. It didn't have handrails on the balconies. There were loose electricity wires hanging out of the wall. Part of the hotel garden was a construction site. It's very very dangerous to stay here with young kids. In order to save out two kids from any harm we'd to leave the place after 20 minutes - without fertig our advance payment back. The cotis on their website don't represent what you see on reality. It's made up with good zoom lense. Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
