My wife and I stayed here during our vacation and loved it. We had some things stolen on our way to Quito and they went out of their way to help us, washing, folding and returning our clothes within 2 hours, ordering us delivery from a restaurant because we arrived late and the places nearby were all closed, and we felt like we were being taken care of by family. It changed what could have been a bad experience into a truly memorable and wonderful trip. Thank you Amparo, Sebastian, Luis, and everyone else. We think this is the best hostel in Latin America! My friends and I stayed here and just adored it. The local family that runs it is so sweet and kind and helpful, you feel right at home! They speak really good english too, and the location is amazing, just a short walk from downtown and so much to do! It's a really safe neighborhood and we had the greatest time. the internet didn't work all the time, but it was free, and the breakfast was delish.
