Walk through two circuits taking you to several lookout spots throughout the park. The Lower Circuit gives access to eight lookout points that give visitors a more intimate experience of nature, while the Upper Circuit offers a more panoramic view.
Visit the Devil’s Throat, the most famous of the Iguazu waterfalls, by a single 2,260 meter walkway with three large lookout points.
From the Lower Circuit, take a boat ride out to San Martin Island, where there is a white sand beach and the falls can be enjoyed from their very core.
Bring your camera on a Photo Safari, a two hour trek through 30 km of rainforest where you can observe animal tracks, hear the songs of hidden birds, and with some luck view some of the area’s fauna.
Travel the 3 Frontiers Circuit, where the Tancedo Neves International Bridge joins Puerto Iguazu with Foz de Iguacu in Brazil, then connects with Ciudad del Esta through the Friendship Bridge in Paraguay. The entire trip is 30 km and visitors can enjoy panoramic views from the bridges.

The climate in Iguazu is humid subtropical, and the summers (Dec-Feb) can get extremely hot, making them not an ideal time to go. Humidity is high year-round and rainfall does not vary much from season to season. Your best bet for nice, mild temperatures suitable for hiking the falls is to go in the winter (June-August).
