Cuándo ir
Rosario has hot summers (Dec-Feb) and cool but not cold winters (Jun-Aug). If you?re looking to make the most of your time outdoors your best bet is probably to go in either late spring (Nov-Dec) or early fall (Mar-Apr) but as long as you?re prepared for the weather the activities of Rosario can be enjoyed year round.
Cómo llegar
Buses easily travel the 300 km between Rosario and Buenos Aires. Check out Andesmar and Rio Parana for schedules and reservations, though other companies make the trip as well. From further distances overnight buses can make the trip cheaply, but if you?re pressed for time you might want to spring for a flight. The Rosario airport services flights to and from Buenos Aires, Cordoba, and Santa Fe within Argentina as well as Santiago (Chile), Porto Alegre (Brazil) and Punta del Este (Uruguay).
