The Bufalo Branco is probably the best place in the city for churrasco (a method of cooking of tender cuts of meat on long steel skewers over a hot grill. At a traditional churrascaria restaurant you are served at your table from the skewer and sliced off by the waiter). On the menu there are a lot of fine cuts such as picanha- rump steak, alcatra-sirloin, filet mignon, maminha-rump steak, and contra filet-entrecôte. This is a nice, simple restaurant for those trying to save a few bucks. The meat is ok, the salad bar is decent, and the price includes some simple desserts as well. A clean, simple place to eat with good service.
