Anybody have a suggestion on where I can see some great Tango in Buenos Aires without paying the steep price of a fancy cena-show? I've been told La Viruta is great http://www.lavirutatango.com/, any other ideas or good places to take a class? Thanks peeps! Yes, on wednesdays you can go to Sanchez de Bustamente street at 764 (near abasto) to one of the best argentinean tango orchestras: "Orquesta típica Fernandez Fierro". There are around 11 musicians, and they are the real deal, not a touristy artificial show... Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable

Anyone have suggestions on a good place to start taking lessons? I'm an American just for reference, so don't go thinking that I'm ready for the advanced stuff in the milongas just yet.
