I'll be in Peru for 2 weeks in June visiting the usual sites, including a few days in a jungle lodge near Puerto Maldonado as well as a couple days around Lake Titicaca. Anyone take malaria pills for this area and length of time? Thanks.
I wouldn't worry about it - you'll only be there for a short while and you don't want to ruin the little time you have by feeling lousy on malaria tablets for such a small risk.
