Español Andando

The fun, budget, and different way to learn Spanish during your travels in Argentina
Walk and learn! Espanol Andando is not a school. There are no grammar excercises or even role plays. For the role play is real. The materials are the city. The school is the city of Buenos Aires.
Your teachers are Argentinean travelers who know how hard it is to get by in a foreign language. Their solution? Don't study it...Do it!
They will show you BA and at the same time show you what to say and when to say it, interacting with native locals. The gap between knowledge and ability shrinks to zero and before you know it you've begun to communicate. Or were you already communicating?
Then let them show you the streets, sharpen up those skills and blend with the crowd.
Compass How to get there
Directions would be provided upon registration. On the first day of the program the group would be meeting around San Telmo.

This was the best way to check out Buenos Aires as a traveller. We went from total beginners to being able to hold our own in traveller situations. The confidence it gave us meant we were able to pick up more words as we kept travelling and we were chatting away with locals in Peru 6 weeks later. It also took us to parts of the city we wouldn't have found on our own.

LIve it!
It’s always better to live and breathe a new city as much as the locals do. My 4-day course certainly felt like that. Agustina was the best kind of teacher too. Adapting to what I wanted to learn at a speed and variety that felt comfortably challenging, I got a sense and a flavour of each barrio we explored, as well as the intoxicating idiosyncrasies of a city constantly pulled in different directions by culture, politics and society. What we all want to do is express our individual passions as much as we can in the language of our host nation. This is exactly what I got out of Español Andando. Plus, where to find a tin of corned beef! I can’t speak for the other tutors. But, if you’re lucky enough to get Agustina, you will have a fantastic urban adventure.
