Citizens of Israel, all South American countries except Venezuela, and most European countries do not require a visa prior to entering Bolivia. A tourist visa of between 30-90 days, 90 for most countries, is issued upon passage through immigration at the airport. US citizens DO REQUIRE A VISA to enter Bolivia.
Tipping:
Waiters and taxi drivers generally receive a 10% tip. Porters can receive approximately US$0.75 per bag.
